Demo terms
Version web-2026-11. The terms of a self-serve demo of the Fluxus Forge lending cloud, asked for on fluxusforge.in.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between Fluxus Forge Private Limited ("we") and the company you ask for a demo for ("you"). By ticking the box, you confirm that you may accept them for that company.
What a demo is
- A demo is a free trial of the lending platform under your name and colours. It is not a service for real borrowers.
- The demo holds made-up borrowers and loans. Every integration runs on a simulator: no money moves, no message reaches a borrower and no credit bureau is called.
- Do not enter real personal data of borrowers or staff in the demo. If you do, you are responsible for it, and we may delete it, or the demo, without notice.
Using the demo
- The platform belongs to us. You may use the demo only to evaluate it for your company. Do not copy it, reverse-engineer it, or share your access. Keep anything not public that you see in it confidential.
- Do not load-test, scan or try to break into the demo or the platform, or use a name or address that is not yours.
Your request
- We may email you a code to confirm your address. A demo may then be set up straight away, or only after a person has checked the request.
- We email you about your demo, for example the code, the sign-in link and, if nobody has signed in, a reminder. Our team may also write to you about it.
- A request may be declined. We do not have to give a reason.
- The web address and the name you choose must be yours to use and must not mislead anyone. We may refuse an address or a name, and some are reserved. If someone claims a right in the name or address, we may change or remove it, and you are responsible for that claim.
- From the moment you send a request, the web address you chose is held for it, even before you confirm your email. It is freed only if we decline the request. Once a demo has used the address, it stays reserved for good, even after the demo is deleted, and nobody can ask for it again, you included.
The trial
- The trial runs for the time shown on your welcome page or in your demo. When it ends, the demo is locked. Seven days later its databases and files are deleted, and we cannot restore them, so save anything you want before then. We keep your request and the demo's settings for the time our privacy notice gives, and the demo's web address stays reserved.
- Your sign-in link shows your logins once. Keep them safe. Anyone who has them can use the demo, and you are responsible for what is done with them.
- We may lock or delete a demo at any time, for example when it is misused or puts the platform or anyone else at risk. You can ask us to end your demo early. We then lock it and delete it within 30 days.
Given as is
The demo is free and given "as is", for evaluation only. We do not promise that it is available, error-free or fit for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it.
Your personal data
Our privacy notice says what we collect for a demo, who receives it and how long we keep it. Accepting these terms records the version of each text you saw.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms, the version you accepted applies to your demo until it ends. Indian law governs these terms. Only the courts at Delhi may hear a dispute about them.
